Great experience
Refi went very well and very quick and being an existing PennyMac client I felt was an advantage since we had ‘history’ together. Already referred two friends for refi their loans with PennyMac.
Nicholas Hagan was totally professional and absolutely amazing! This is my 5th house and 5th re-fi so I'm very familiar with the process. Nicholas followed up with weekly phone calls to let me know things were progressing on schedule and asked if I had any questions. I had to go out of town to visit my daughter and he assured me I could close on time with a mobile notary. It was a smooth and amazing process. Bonus I got the lowest re-fi rate available! Thanks Nicholas and PennyMac!

Pennymac was great! Not only did they get me a better interest rates refinancing but also fixed some things in the original loan which was causing payments to increasingly go up. They have a great team.
