Carlton is the best! He was prompt and truly seemed to care about my concerns
It seemed to take a tremendous amount of time to get the closing set up and if it had not been done the day we did it, then there would have been some issues regarding interests etc. Too close for comfort for me. At closing there were charges (which required exchange of money) - I was told this would not occur. However, the representative handled this right away

We believe we were being discriminated against. Underwriting was a complete mess. including they did not take time to accurately review our documents before telling us we needed to submit the SAME documents again. I had to threaten to report the practices to my local consumer advocate as well as the BBB and I also wrote an email to a manager outlining our complete displeasure. Currently I would never refer someone to PMac
It was refinancing. It felt like refinancing. It was simply a thing we did. It was neither fun nor bad. The process went smoothly, and now we are done.

This was the fastest, most simple loan closing I have ever had. Didn't even have to leave my house. They have set the bar.
Nicholas Hagan was totally professional and absolutely amazing! This is my 5th house and 5th re-fi so I'm very familiar with the process. Nicholas followed up with weekly phone calls to let me know things were progressing on schedule and asked if I had any questions. I had to go out of town to visit my daughter and he assured me I could close on time with a mobile notary. It was a smooth and amazing process. Bonus I got the lowest re-fi rate available!
