Anything different than thenway you do it now. I was told the process would be stream lined but it wasnt at all. It was painful. I never got to talk to elizabeth again to discuss the loan rates. Overall im very displeased. Had i not spent so much time doing it i would have switched sooner.

My phone call to Loan Officer Albert Tigranyan was quickly handled, from Loan Application, all documents required, all explanations were complete and accurate. The m.a.c. team set-up was easy and efficient. Loan Specialist Andrew Schmelig touched base, and gave a detailed explanation of all forthcoming processes up to closing. Three (3) weeks to close.
