Very prompt for my refinance.
Nicholas Hagan was totally professional and absolutely amazing! This is my 5th house and 5th re-fi so I'm very familiar with the process. Nicholas followed up with weekly phone calls to let me know things were progressing on schedule and asked if I had any questions. I had to go out of town to visit my daughter and he assured me I could close on time with a mobile notary. It was a smooth and amazing process. Bonus I got the lowest re-fi rate available! Pennymac was great! Not only did they get me a better interest rates refinancing but also fixed some things in the original loan which was causing payments to increasingly go up. They have a great team.
