It was seamless and the customer service was great.
If Sandi McMillin were allowed to handle the entire process things would have proceeded much smoother. All the confusion seemed to come from other sources. Sandi held everything together, I might have given up and gone with another company if not for her.
Sandi was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and always pleasant in our interactions. She answered all questions I had in a timely manner and would obtain documents requested of me if she was unable to provide them herself. Sandi contacted me regularly as promised so I didn’t have to worry about reaching out to her.
