Five Stars from start to finish! Everyone I worked with at Pennymac was knowledgeable, informative, and patient. Everything was unbelievably easy to navigate and when I did have questions, I never had to backtrack. Every person I spoke with could see the history of activity on my loan and was able to answer my questions quickly. I would highly recommend Pennymac.

The expectations were given early which meant when documents were actually requested I was able to have them ready when the time came. Sandi was always professional and friendly, she answered questions clearly so I did not feel any unease during any of the process. It was much quicker than I had anticipated as well. That was appreciated.

We had a great experience because things were explained to me in a way that I could understand and if I asked a question it was answered. I wasn't treated like I didn't have a clue. They took the time to explain to me in a way I understood it all. It was done very quickly and they made it very easy. Great job!
