Brittany was super and the process was so easy! Thank you!
Awesome experience
Great communication and friendly.
The process was easy and stress-free because Joseph Gallo and the PennyMac team clearly communicated the process. Joseph kept in touch throughout the process and provided status updates regularly. This helped us manage our expectations.
Joseph was really nice and pleasant to talk to. One piece of advice is he needs to slow down and enunciate when speaking. I had to keep asking him not to talk so fast. 😁
Fast easy process
