Let me be clear that Justin was amazing. I filled out the survey with mostly positive answers so he could be recognized and get credit for his work. Him and Vincent Chu saved the day for us. This process was actually horrible and I will never use Pennymac again if we need another loan or to refinance and I will not recommend Pennymac to anyone, ever.
