Too many people working on one loan made the communication hard and documents were not right, scheduling closing wasn't explained hardly at all
My experience with Latasha was great. She was there to help when others were not able too or when they were too busy to communicate with. She was more than willing to send out emails to managers to get them to respond in a timely manner.

I received phone calls over and over for the same thing and emails over and over for the same thing. It’s like the system didn’t know what was going on and duplication was taking place. People I spoke with was very professional and knew what to do when ask questions. The closing fees were never really explained clearly to me except the VA fees all the others never was communicated clear but it is what it is and we closed.
