My experience with Latasha was great. She was there to help when others were not able too or when they were too busy to communicate with. She was more than willing to send out emails to managers to get them to respond in a timely manner.
I was well taken cared of with Marc. I have felt used before in the refinance process… however Marc was clear, patient and understanding.
Pennymac is organized, and efficient. the process went smoothly.

A review of my file will show that I have been trying to refinance since January 2022. I had already gone through the application process once and was, I guess, forgotten about?
