Everything went well. Only problem we had was when we would get followed up with on the status it seemed like the team wasn’t communicating with each other. We were told that I had a hold because they were waiting on my school to verify employment but then the closing document showed up so we were all confused.

I appreciate the assistance but the refinance took much longer than expected. Had two appraisals with large margin numbers. Nonetheless I like that they took the extra time to take care of my concerns.

Better communication. I was repeatedly asked for documents that I didn't have (Deed of Trust, monthly statements). One of the loan processors told me the DoT is not something I should have been contacted about.
