Better communication. I was repeatedly asked for documents that I didn't have (Deed of Trust, monthly statements). One of the loan processors told me the DoT is not something I should have been contacted about.

The closing process was really quick and convenient. Schedule the closing, a notary contacts you so you know where to meet them. 15 minutes there and I had signed everything. She was very knowledgeable and efficient.

I was contacted about lowering my interest rate and what a refinance could do for me. At first, the process started out great. I provided every requested document in a timely manner yet the closing date had to be pushed back a to over a month after the streamline started. There were several mistakes made including the address not being correct, taxes not being correct on the closing disclosure and more.
