The entire MAC team, and most especially Sara Olsen, were absolutely fantastic !! I sincerely appreciated the weekly phone calls from Sara, keeping me apprised on the progress of my loan and answering any of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. The weekly phone calls and updates added a very personal touch to the process and it was something I truly appreciated. KUDO's to the entire MAC team and my personal rep Sara, she was a true gem !!!

It all started with a call to PennyMac regarding my form 1098. The customer service rep assisted me with that and then asked if I would consider a refi of my mortgage. I agreed and was turned over to Brian Dutt to handle the application process. Once completed, Nick Batten handled the escrow process. EVERYONE was prompt in handling the tasks and very communicative throughout the process.
Courteous people with knowledge of the housing market. Help me to knock-off 6 years of the term of my loan. Thank you again. PennyMac
From the beginning with Jesse Corral who answered my questions and explained the refinance procedures to Sara Olsen who kept me informed of how loan was proceeding, requested documents and checked in with me weekly by phone--loan process went quickly. Thank you.
