We started out with a Samuel Grant, who was a typical "salesperson." My wife, who is a Real Estate Broker, basically told Samuel what we wanted in a refi rate and process (costs etc.) Samuel got us what we asked for...that was great! After the initial docs were signed we didn't hear from Samuel. My wife called several times and we ended up with Deion Smith. Deion got us to the finish line however we initiated most all contact and communication. Overall, we are happy with our refi!
Ms Allen was very professional and responded quickly and communicated clearly.

Just maybe a little more communication. Even just a “hey got your documents” is nice sometimes. The weekly updates were good but sometimes I had 1-2 questions and it came from someone else on the team answering it and it took 2-3 days.
Agents always available to help. Julian especially kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. System very carefully thought out and efficient.
