Absolutely fantastic customer service, everyone went above and beyond to get back with you and answer any and all question. They made the refinancing process for a much low rate so easy! I would recommend them to everyone.

From my initial conversations with Tom Papageorge to the handoff to Nick Batten, I was completely impressed with people and the process. Both Tom and Nick seemed to get back to me immediately whenever I reached out to them, so there was never a moment in which I wondered or worried about what was going on or how the process was coming along. In the end, the whole process, the experience was excellent and highly professional.
Just maybe a little more communication. Even just a “hey got your documents” is nice sometimes. The weekly updates were good but sometimes I had 1-2 questions and it came from someone else on the team answering it and it took 2-3 days.
