The entire process was very fast and easy. Everyone from PennyMac who communicated or interacted with us were very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Closing was in a timely manner and accurate
Charles Shepherd was awesome. Nick, George and Andrew helped me everyday to answer my question. I did not work with Sara Olsen. I believe she would also have done great job. Closing process was little hectic because of the time ( COVID -19). I have not got any copies of my closing documents ( signed) yet. I hope I will get those soon. Thanks again and STAY SAFE. It was easy and quickly closed.
Smart and knowledgeable associates.
It would have been easier and more consistent to only communicate with one or two associates instead of having my loan passed around several times. This part of the process was confusing. Overall I would say it was an Okay experience. Next time I would try to go with a local lender.
Friendly people, and everything was on time and Pennymac is a great mortgage co. Thank you for your help and I appreciate everything you did for me.
