First, the loan officer, Daniel Kirby, did an excellent job of explaining the benefits of this refinancing, answering all our questions and being patient with us. This helped us decide whether to proceed or not. Secondly, the e-document review and signature process was both efficient and effective. Next, the closing was smooth, efficient and timely. And finally, the interest rate was outstanding! Thanks for making this an easy process that will ultimately benefit our family!

It was very streamlined!
From my initial conversations with Tom Papageorge to the handoff to Nick Batten, I was completely impressed with people and the process. Both Tom and Nick seemed to get back to me immediately whenever I reached out to them, so there was never a moment in which I wondered or worried about what was going on or how the process was coming along. In the end, the whole process, the experience was excellent and highly professional.
Absolutely the worst experience ever! Was told I was closing twice only to have nobody call or show up. When I called to find out why no one showed up I was told they would look into it and call me back. That never happened. I was assured that emails were sent to managers only to be left hanging again. I called multiple times a week asking to speak to managers that could assist. Never talked to any and none called me back. I want to write more but have reached my limit. Would never recommend!
