Ease of making the transaction and follow through by agents
All the people involved were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Made the entire process very easy nd fast.
There was some issues with my paperwork that was requested twice because it was thought to not be signed but yet it was correctly signed which set things back a couple of weeks. Then I was asked to provide some information about my address and it wasn’t specific and I said it back another week.
Tried to refer my buddy for a refi but we held on hold for over an hour after being transferred SEVEN times.

the new loan is not yet complete. I need to know about escrow and automatic payment being copied from old loan.
