Although I needed occasional clarification of requirements, Nick and the team were always prompt and helpful in responding. Everything was Ok except I was on hold for a long time when I called and it was tough getting a call back for a few days. The last few days was much easier to communicate. I don't believe it was the fault of of anyone accept you were really busy. Otherwise I would give it a 10 across the board.
As we have said previously, Julian is ON IT! Takes the call, clarifies the question and provides a specific answer. He did it again yesterday!
There was a lack of communication. Our signing appointment didn’t show twice, and we were not informed of what the problem was. We we’re the ones that had to call both times to find out what was going on. We closed well over a week past what we had originally scheduled.
