Nick and the other employees were courteous and clear on what needed to be done to close my loan. I appreciate all the work they put in and I was very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them in the future.
We had to sign 3 separate times to finally close due to incorrect documents from pennymac. After each signing we were under the impression that the loan closed. I called 15 days after first signing to get new loan number, only to be passed around and find out the documents were incorrect. This then happened again with no call from pennymac to say it didn't close. I then had to pay a late fee because of the non sense. Completely unprofessional.
Have your loan officers know their rules and regulations better.
