Penny Mac team were very helpful and made it easy.
I didn't feel like I got the "Personal" touch. I was not informed of the status of my loan as it was going through the process. I should have received calls instead of emails every once in a while. I felt left out of the loop during the whole process, disappointing.

Step by step communications from all reps. Flexible with my communications, email, phone calls, etc. Sometimes I didn't catch the phone calls, and would call back later. Loan officer who started the process was clear, concise and informed us about what steps needed to be taken to begin the application and what we could expect about our from the information that he was given.
