Communication was outstanding throughout the process. Very Professional and it was not PennyMac that caused a delay, it was a secondary creditor. You have a good team dedicated to driving your company's success in this endeavor. I would go through PennyMac again. Carlton and the initial agent, Steve Bruce should be congratulated for a job well done.

From a-z refi went flawless and the PennyMac team was amazing. They met all of my expectations and then some. That is why I stayed with PennyMac for my refi because they provide exceptional customer service and it’s Serbia’s after the sale that counts!
I wasn't communicated with in regard to charging me to buy down points. It was done automatically without my permission or even knowing it was being done. We feel that we should have been asked to approve or deny, and told how it would change our loan, which it did! We got the info after three weeks had passed, in a finished document, and that right at closing week. The team was very helpful otherwise.
