I got the resulsts I was looking for
I tried several times to speak to the loan officer but he never returned my calls. I had questions regarding my husband's name on the title. Wanted to know if I should do a quit claim deed but he never returned my calls. Also, was trying to find out if he received a pay off letter from one of my creditors but couldnt get thru to him. I think you should provide more lines of communication between the lender and the borrower.
