From start to finish Sara was explicit. friendly, courteous, respectful and totally professionally. Sara listened to my request for having a closing before my departure from my home in Arizona. Knowing my concerns were real, Sara was able to insure the the process moved along expeditiously without a hitch. My problem and concern became Sara's as she assured me that she would be able get my loan processed and closed before I left Arizona. She did and I am ecstatic. Sara deserves a bonus!

I had the best experience with Penny MAC. They communicated well and made sure I knew what was going on with each step of the process. The process was painless and was done so fast. I enjoyed working with them. Dennis was very helpful and always so nice on the phone. Great customer service! I felt like I was well taken care of. Such a quick, easy, and painless process.
