From start to finish Sara was explicit. friendly, courteous, respectful and totally professionally. Sara listened to my request for having a closing before my departure from my home in Arizona. Knowing my concerns were real, Sara was able to insure the the process moved along expeditiously without a hitch. My problem and concern became Sara's as she assured me that she would be able get my loan processed and closed before I left Arizona. She did and I am ecstatic. Sara deserves a bonus!
