My loan officer really worked hard to get my refinance approved and the MAC Team was exceptional . Expectations were exceeded every step of the way!!!

They were always there to answer our questions and help us through the process.
Over all the process was too long. Maybe its the new laws maybe its just the way it is. Seemed to be way too much paperwork. I had a pile of paper after closing almost an inch thick. I only bought a house, wasn't building a rocket.
The communication between PennyMac/ The appraisal companies / the notary was terrible. I received conflicting info more than once and took 2 days off of work with no shows from the appraisal companies. It seemed everyone I talked to did not have updated / correct information regarding my loan process. This process took way longer than expected. It was an awful experience. I'd recommend you improve your processes with your external vendors to improve the customer experience.
