all of the communication, the professionalism, it all started from the first phone call. Everyone was helpful and clear about everything required.
Super easy process
I could have been given an apr of 2.9 rather than 3. Additionally I was promised 2 months relief from paying my mortgage I was only given 1 month.
Provided an ease throughout the process.
I appreciated Nicholas calling me to give me updates on the status of the loan and keeping the calls short. The process went fairly quickly and was painless.
I was a little confused at times about the process but over all it was fairly quick and simple.
This was the worst experience. Took 60 days to refinance. I had to talk to a manager or their supervisor almost every day. Every step of the process something went wrong all the way through closing and receiving an incorrect wire to pay off fees and remaining balance. Was constantly told I was wrong when I wasn’t. Nicholas Zellar was the only manager that seemed to care and helped us greatly through this.
They were very informative and made sure to keep us updated every step of the way.
