The communication between PennyMac/ The appraisal companies / the notary was terrible. I received conflicting info more than once and took 2 days off of work with no shows from the appraisal companies. It seemed everyone I talked to did not have updated / correct information regarding my loan process. This process took way longer than expected. It was an awful experience. I'd recommend you improve your processes with your external vendors to improve the customer experience.

I could have been given an apr of 2.9 rather than 3. Additionally I was promised 2 months relief from paying my mortgage I was only given 1 month.

I appreciated Nicholas calling me to give me updates on the status of the loan and keeping the calls short. The process went fairly quickly and was painless.

Robert Macias originally started the whole process for me, and explained so many things to and for me very clearly and accurately. I felt he was genuinely sincere and had my best interests at heart. I appreciate everything he did for me, he made good on every single word. Nicholas Hagan took over the process from there and completed the loan in a very timely manner. I have already told numerous people to contact this company for any mortgage needs as I feel they will be extremely satisfied!
