Great communication, great rates, low refinance costs, great experience.
My experience was terrific and I always felt like professionals were taking care of my documents at all times. Because of this I never had any serious doubts about my whole refinance processes. Nicholas Hagan was amazing and because of his role in my paperwork everything went smoothly. Penny Mac has an array of amazing agents who genuinely care about you and you’re needs.

Great Experience
The PennyMac team did a great! job re-financing my home. The process was simple and easy to do with very little Documents needed for the re-fi.
Email correspondence with instructions was very helpful to make the process very smooth. The portal is easy to access and navigate and clearly explains step by step what needs to occur and what can be expected. Very smooth process and very painless.
The problems we encountered included having to submit everything twice, sometimes three times because they never reached the person or department they were meant for. Never getting phone calls returned, or if they were, it was usually a week later. We were told this was an easy, streamline re-fi, yet it took almost 4 months to close. We were told at the beginning of the process "no money from us for closing", but toward the end we had to fight to get the company to pay our closing costs!
