I emailed the Mac "team" 3 separate times. Did not receive a reply other than the auto-reply that they'd get back to us. Very frustrating. Questions were answered when I phoned however. It was confusing and disconcerting to not have the answers I needed prior to closing. Everything worked out fine, but I don't like not knowing.

My experience was terrific and I always felt like professionals were taking care of my documents at all times. Because of this I never had any serious doubts about my whole refinance processes. Email correspondence with instructions was very helpful to make the process very smooth. The portal is easy to access and navigate and clearly explains step by step what needs to occur and what can be expected. Very smooth process and very painless.
