It was a bit of lack in communication between the different departments involved. Sara was awesome and always showed enthusiasm and care about my inquiries. However the financial department up to this moment did not corrected the amount of the new loan which still reflect more than 1K above the correct number. Also Notary personal despite being very cordial appeared to work independent from the loan officer ( Sara) who was not current in certain changes that were made prior to sign the closing.
Application process was great. However the rest of the process was awful. No impounds were required and our expectations was less than $400 to close. First CD required over $4500 to close for impounds. Contacted Austin. Next CD showed impound required on first page but no impounds on page four. Contacted Austin. I spent literally the next four days attempting to get a corrected CD. 3 incorrect CD received. Involved Ken Price. Loan has closed and fund. We still havent recd a correct CD.
Communication was clear and Austin was accessible.
The team is very unprofessional. Documents were requested last minute and multiple time with no clear explanation of why it was needed. I also had to follow up with them and call them all the time. No one knew what was going on with the loan and why documents were requested. I was very disappointed with the entire process

The whole process was a success. Everyone gave me the information that I needed the loan officer gave me the information that I wanted to hear.
The level of communication was excellent! I was kept informed of each step along the way and felt confident in the information provided. The process was quick and painless!
Everyone from the beginning to the end were extremely kind with answering all of questions and calming my nerves.
My esha was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. She did a great job.
