Paul Fryer and Jennifer Brucker were both exceptional. Paul rescued a very poor experience that began as soon as Jennifer turned over the loan. The original processor and his supervisor were unprofessional to the point that if the loan would not have been turned over to Paul we would have gone to another company
I was able to refinance my home under a VA loan when other companies said I couldn’t. The service and knowledge of the loan processors was refreshing and exceptional. I was able to close quickly and save money.
The initial process was easy, couple bumps with the correct documents, but was figured out in a timely manner.

Stop the multiple request for documents. Speed up the process. Local banks do this in one month, it took more than four with PM. Give a list of documents needed and guidelines to follow in the beginning instead of the customer having to learn as they go…the hard way.
