Nayely was polite and helpful. I believe the issues I have with process were due to Pennymac’s system of communication, using email and computers for everything. I was told On several occasions that the system for uploading documents was not working properly and the platform for reading docs and disclosures was also confusing. Emails sent to the generic "mymacteam@pnmac.com" were never answered. I sent several and never got a response. Only way to get a hold of anyone was to call in. I often had to call in multiple times before getting an issue resolved (e.g. took multiple phone calls spread over several days to get some mistakes on the closing disclosure corrected).
