Emails sent to the generic "mymacteam@pnmac.com" were never answered. I sent several and never got a response. Only way to get a hold of anyone was to call in. I often had to call in multiple times before getting an issue resolved (e.g. took multiple phone calls spread over several days to get some mistakes on the closing disclosure corrected). Jon is the MAN!! He was so efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I’ve closed a loan before but it had been a while so some of the documents I needed him to walk me through and he never made me feel dumb or rushed to get them in. I was so happy to get him on a 2’d loan back to back because he was so easy to work with. You need to give this man a raise! Lol I love penny max and will continue to tell friends and family about them!
Great experience! Can’t think of any reason not to use them again.
