Everyone that worked on the loan was professional and pleasant to work with.
Easy. The only thing that was confusing (and honestly it wasn’t that confusing) was the wet sign docs that remain that you don’t digitally sign.

Nayely was polite and helpful. I believe the issues I have with process were due to Pennymac’s system of communication, using email and computers for everything. I was told On several occasions that the system for uploading documents was not working properly and the platform for reading docs and disclosures was also confusing.
