Once everything was done, things went smooth. Just a couple of times things were a bit frustrating on the closing end.
All around a great experience . Justin was very efficient and professional.
Jon was great. I wish there was a direct line to access him at all times as opposed to calling the 1800 number. The portal is also a night mare to use and there were several documents that I submitted more than once. I was also told last minute about several documents needing completed just prior to closing. I believe most of the issues were from the title company as well so it’s hard to say who’s at fault. I enjoy working with Penny Mac but these issues should be addressed.

Justin was VERY professional and communicated with my wife and I as well as checked on us on a regular. Every was well put together and closed in a timely manner.
She was very prompt and helpful with all my questions.
Overall friendly and everything was communicated accurately and all questions were answered. Easy process to say the least. Easier than I expected.
