Loan officers were professional and knowledgeable, Only problem was wanting me to cash out on credit cards which were not charging interest. If I had done that, i would have been paying interest for the next 30 years

Jon was great. I wish there was a direct line to access him at all times as opposed to calling the 1800 number. The portal is also a night mare to use and there were several documents that I submitted more than once. I was also told last minute about several documents needing completed just prior to closing. I believe most of the issues were from the title company as well so it’s hard to say who’s at fault. I enjoy working with Penny Mac but these issues should be addressed.

Polina’s commitment to thorough explanation and sense of duty regarding follow-through and follow-up were like a breath of fresh air, especially considering my previous attempt to refinance the loan on the property left me with an obviously inept young man whose inexperience caused the loan to die on the vine.
