I discovered an escrow issue that was totally not my fault and that is still unresolved, exreamly poor communication and a very slow process dealing with this issue. I was told my cash to close was xxx amount, and changed drastically with every other phone call. I dont understand how the same company refinancing my loan, who had my information......still screwed my name up and did nothing to correct it, even after being told several times it was wrong! Mistakes were made, payoff numbers were not accurate even after I pointed the problem out to penny Mac and solidifi, closing was delayed a week to iron out and same mistake was made causing me to have to pay the 5,000$ short on my heloc, loan officers were ghosts after closing with major mistakes
