I discovered an escrow issue that was totally not my fault and that is still unresolved, exreamly poor communication and a very slow process dealing with this issue. I was told my cash to close was xxx amount, and changed drastically with every other phone call. I dont understand how the same company refinancing my loan, who had my information......still screwed my name up and did nothing to correct it, even after being told several times it was wrong! Im just not very Happy with PennyMac in General
Great communication and quickly answered questions for me. Whole process went very smoothly. Great experience. Would highly recommend.
Mistakes were made, payoff numbers were not accurate even after I pointed the problem out to penny Mac and solidifi, closing was delayed a week to iron out and same mistake was made causing me to have to pay the 5,000$ short on my heloc, loan officers were ghosts after closing with major mistakes
Communicated well, answered questions, no strings attached mentality
Everything was handled in a very efficient, timely and professional manner.
Tynisha was very pleasant to deal with and was very knowledgeable about the process. She kept us updated and always followed up in she didn’t know the answer.
