Jon is the MAN!! He was so efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I’ve closed a loan before but it had been a while so some of the documents I needed him to walk me through and he never made me feel dumb or rushed to get them in. I was so happy to get him on a 2’d loan back to back because he was so easy to work with. You need to give this man a raise! Documents were requested more than once bc I didn’t send them after the first request, so I appreciate the follow up and reminder. Documents at closing had the wrong zip code—37343 (our old address) instead of 37363. I may have been the one who’s messed that up somewhere along the way, but it’s worth double-checking toward the end of the line.
