Emails sent to the generic "mymacteam@pnmac.com" were never answered. I sent several and never got a response. Only way to get a hold of anyone was to call in. I often had to call in multiple times before getting an issue resolved (e.g. took multiple phone calls spread over several days to get some mistakes on the closing disclosure corrected). Documents were requested more than once bc I didn’t send them after the first request, so I appreciate the follow up and reminder. Documents at closing had the wrong zip code—37343 (our old address) instead of 37363. I may have been the one who’s messed that up somewhere along the way, but it’s worth double-checking toward the end of the line. Porsche was supposed to get our closing docs out and was working in the wrong loan account. She delayed our closing. And was not helpful and never called back like she said she would.
