The ease of the process
Great communication made for an excellent experience.
It was real easy.
Seeing this is my first re-finance, it was much easier than I expected.
I usually have a hard time understanding what and why I have to do things as far as the paperwork goes and like what I have to do. And Justin explained everything to me that I needed to know and understand. And so did the person who I had the closing with was helpful. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. The process was very quick. Did not expect it to be completed as soon as it was. If I had any questions, answers were provided very quickly and to my satisfaction.
The personal treatment from the service, honesty and truthful to handling all issues. Very flexible.
The points were never disclosed to me verbally. And the closing date that the electronic system gave me wouldn’t work and I had to be on the phone with someone to schedule my closing date which totally negates being pushed to set my closing date online. I hope this “bug” has been resolved. Also the constant “reminder” emails to take this survey have lead to the OK rating.
