Seeing this is my first re-finance, it was much easier than I expected.
The personal treatment from the service, honesty and truthful to handling all issues. Very flexible.
The points were never disclosed to me verbally. And the closing date that the electronic system gave me wouldn’t work and I had to be on the phone with someone to schedule my closing date which totally negates being pushed to set my closing date online. I hope this “bug” has been resolved. Also the constant “reminder” emails to take this survey have lead to the OK rating.
