I usually have a hard time understanding what and why I have to do things as far as the paperwork goes and like what I have to do. The points were never disclosed to me verbally. And the closing date that the electronic system gave me wouldn’t work and I had to be on the phone with someone to schedule my closing date which totally negates being pushed to set my closing date online. I hope this “bug” has been resolved. Also the constant “reminder” emails to take this survey have lead to the OK rating.
