Polina was great to work with
I frankly don't remember dealing with Polina. I dealt with at least 3 Pennymac representatives whom did not necessarily communicate with each other concerning our refinance. Having a single representative from beginning to end would have been helpful. Also we were refinancing an existing loan with Pennymac and often the information sought was information you should have had in your files. If you would have declined our refinance, you would have been stuck with our loan anyway.
I am very pleased with the service that I received.
I felt overall it was a good experience but I think maybe some training should be done with working with military members. Service overall was great, the outcome was great but I was turned off twice just the way a couple of my questions/statements were addressed. Perhaps it was not intentional but I remember that. Anyway, thank you for listening to my feedback. Have a great day.
