Polina was great to work with
I frankly don't remember dealing with Polina. I dealt with at least 3 Pennymac representatives whom did not necessarily communicate with each other concerning our refinance. Having a single representative from beginning to end would have been helpful. Also we were refinancing an existing loan with Pennymac and often the information sought was information you should have had in your files. If you would have declined our refinance, you would have been stuck with our loan anyway.
I am very pleased with the service that I received.
