I was not going to leave this review as to not complain but the reminder emails are persistent. Denny was the one poor part of my experience, everyone else was great and I have enjoyed for years. I felt disrespected and not important to Denny, my concerns did not mean much to him and I turn my business

It took forever and my questions didn't get answered in a timely manner
Elyccia made the process very clear and communicated weekly. I was disappointed with the lenght of time it took to close, but it was not Elyccia's fault. The appraiser took more than 5 weeks to send the appraisal in after his visit to our condo.
Easy, prompt responses to questions, great explanations of process and what to expect. Bonus points for weekly check-in to make me aware of what was going on. Exceptional service 👏
