Good customer service
We had started with another company, but had some issues with their requests. Kyle answered all our concerns promptly and efficiently and we were happy with the service he provided.
The loan officer was largely unavailable, did not explain the process or tell me how it all worked, lost documents, provided inaccurate documents, failed to set up a closing date (we closed months later). It was a terrible experience and I was shocked at the lack of quality customer service from such a large organization.

Unclear communication from the initial application to closing. I wasn’t all that concerned for a refinancing, but this would have been frustrating for an initial mortgage.
