Extremely easy process. PennyMac has a very knowledgeable and professional staff available, day or night, to assist if questions or problems arise. I wish I had started the process sooner.

Good customer service
Kyle was incredibly difficult to get a hold of. I had to make numerous phone calls to him and the team under him. If it wasn’t for the fact that I already had my original loan from PennyMac, I would of cancelled the whole thing and gone to a different company.
Overall, the entire process was great.
Unclear communication from the initial application to closing. I wasn’t all that concerned for a refinancing, but this would have been frustrating for an initial mortgage.
