Peoria Ford has advertised vehicles on there website that are not in stock. When you chat in to ask they want your phone number or email they will not confirm stock. When you call you get a receptionist that had no clue, you speak to new or used and they both have a poor answer as to why we see vehicles advertised. It's been in my search for weeks, it's not just a few days that I am seeing this. Very sneaky and definitely will not be going there to do business.
Do you yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere! The Peoria Ford team has proven themselves to be incompetent and unreliable time after time. Really wish we would have listened to the warnings we received about the place and took our business ANYWHERE else. You will be given the run around by the sales manager Chris. DO NOT BUY HERE. After speaking with one of the sales managers on the phone and confirming (twice) that there would NOT be a market-adjustment added above MSRP, I drove the 60+ miles to test drive a new Bronco. The sales guy I worked (Agron) with was great; it's management and finance that has the problem. Found a specific truck online, then called to confirm they had this truck, which they told me yes and I can come check it out. Drove 40 minutes to the location. Then was driven around the lot to try and "find" the truck I had saw online. During the process, I was consistently being asked if I wanted to look at other trucks. Trucks that were $15000 more than what I was there to look at. Warning! They will use old-school shady tactics. They tried the bait and switch with me. They told me they had a specific truck. I drove 30 minutes to find out that they did not have it they said it was sold and tried to upsell into another one that was $15,000 more. Shame on this dealership for purposely deceiving people, making them drive out of their way and spending their gas money and time.
Salesmen/managers will tell you blatant lies about their used cars. Un responsive after the sale. Their moto.......it's our deal or no deal. I bought the vehicle because I wanted it in spite of this dealership. Low rating is earned.
-Although I mentioned to the service department not to wash my car as it is ceramic coated and the service representative wrote on the papers (NO WASH) the car was washed when received and multiple scratched were found and the representative was notified. -Bothering squeaky noise coming out from both ends the service department couldn't figure it out.
Do not go here for service. Shady shady service practices. I had no idea you need an oil change every 2000 mi. At least that's what the new sticker on my window says. Are you kidding me. And let's not mention the additional charges and the prices. Auto zone has air filters for less than $20 and it's literally 3 clips but your right Peoria Ford 49.99 should cover it. Shout out to the best car buying experience ever. Steve the sales/customer service rep was absolutely fabulous. The whole team managers amd financial man made this purchase the best experience.
