Great Deal Went in on Labor Day and I received a great deal on a F150 FX4. My salesman was Jason Black. He made sure that I found the right model. He was not pushy or over aggressive. The guy works really hard and was running all over in order to help me. When I got to the finance department I dealt with one of the Finance Managers, Ricardo. Great Service They were very friendly and did not pressure at all. I would go back there and by another vehicle. In fact they treated us so good I am going to take my Ford truck (we bought a Ford Explorer) for its maintenance instead of the Ford dealer I have been going too.

NEW SHELBY FROM PEORIA FORD THIS IS THE 2ND MUSTANG I HAVE BOUGHT AT PEORIA FORD. EVEN THOUGH THE SHELBY I WANTED TO PURCHASE WAS BRAND NEW, MIKE ERICKSON, THE USED CAR MANAGER, CAME AND TALKED WITH ME ABOUT THE NEW CAR AND MY TRADE IN. HE WAS INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPED ME GET THE CAR I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED! THE REST OF THE STAFF THAT HELPED ME WERE GREAT TOO, BUT I'LL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NEW OR USED CAR FROM ANYONE BUT MIKE.

Great doing business with, professional. Purchased 2010 F150 with low mileage, excellent condition and great price. Sales team did a great job with price, terms and delivery. Would certainly buy from Peoria Ford again.

Disgusting treatment of clients. Disgusting treatment of clients. Absolutely horrible customer service!! Especially from the sales manager Luis. My husband just went in to speak to the new sales car department. He gave his truck keys to them so they could assess his trade in value and asked to be there while they did the diagnostics on his car. They completely disregarded that. So, I am really reluctant to leave a negative review, but So, I am really reluctant to leave a negative review, but this is a case where I can not, in good conscience, hold back. Peoria Ford sold us a new 2024 Ford Mach E-X last year, and during the signing of the contracts and financing, we were offered an extended warranty. We were told this would cover us should we own the car for more than the factory bumper-to-bumper warranty covers. Long story short they treat their customers like their Long story short they treat their customers like their fraudulent like I'm going to bring them a fraudulent check they're full of Dudu the check was written out to them and me so I can get my car fixed and they will not do anything they will not accept the check they will not help me get my car fixed and I bought the car from them buyers beware don't purchase from distillership
