I’ve given Peoria Ford so many chances. I’ve given Peoria Ford so many chances. Every time I leave more disappointed than the last and I honestly don’t know why I went back so many times. It’s close to my house, that’s why. But today you lost a customer. Today was just like the last two times I went in for an oil change. Their “Quick”lane oil change, even with an appointment, takes almost 3 hours every time. Worst car dealership in the country. Worst car dealership in the country. The sales people are slimy lying xxxx. Not sure how they sleep at night. And if you try to bring it to the managers attention or even the owner, they are even slimier thoughtless pigs than the sales person. No Morales whatsoever.

I live three hours away from this dealership so I told them to draw up the paperwork and I would buy it and then drive there to pick it up after the deal was done. We purchased a used car from Peoria Ford. We purchased a used car from Peoria Ford. The process was mostly painless but as soon as we drove the car off the lot the engine light came on and we noticed a loud clicking from the dash, indicating a faulty mode actuator. We called the dealership on the drive home (we live an hour away) and they assured us those things should have been covered in their 72 point inspection (maybe it was a different number, but regardless) and they would absolutely make the repairs free of charge. we... read more

Flex payment... FLFEX PAYMENT IS NOT A LEASE PAYMENT. When I was on the phone with the salesman, I told him specifically that I wanted to LEASE a new F-150. I don't drive much since I have a work van and leases work for me. He said no problem, we have a flex payment option which is the same thing. He told me he could get me the payment I wanted with the money I had down.
