Never go here Avoid at all cost. This place will take your money and have several problems a few weeks later, they will never address. The mirrors were intentionally drilled open, now over 2000 dollars on us.

Don't even think about it, worst decision ever. I would write how horrible my experience has been but no one there cares. Bottom line, never ever but a car from these people. I am 100% convinced they sold me a title washed used vehicle. Nothing but problems this vehicle. It is obviously now this car in a wreck or was totaled yet they handed me a clean report. Bait and switch at Peoria Ford Peoria Ford constantly advertises vehicles that they claim are not available for sale because they are Government cars. I purchase 3-4 vehicles a year. Why advertise a vehicle on cars.com and the dealers website that is not available? Terrible waste of time with this bait and switch mentality.

No vechiles They don’t have the cars and trucks they list. They have a million adds for the truck I want, but they don’t have any. Total waste of time.

Fraud City Had a '22 F-150 on their website that was exactly what I was looking for that was marked down to $44,915 from an MSRP of $48,915. Drive an hour from east Mesa to Bell/101 with cash in hand to find out it's actually a $100K dollar Shelby truck that they aren't advertising anywhere near accurately. Said they had another single cab truck in stock that turned out to be a crew cab. 0-2 Peoria Ford.

Scammers - They don't have the cars they advertise Every listing on this website from Peoria Ford is a scam. They don't actually have this car or any of the other great deals you see on here. Bait and switch. Salespeople are sleezy.

Don't Go Here This place is a scam. I drove an hour because they were doing a trade in where they pay off all loans no matter the condition of the car"supposedly" When I got there they made it seen as they had a deal for me etc and then they tell me they can't take my vehicle because it has a dent in the back and tried to have me keep it amd also take.out another loan w them and pay 900 a month when I'm already financing a car. Peoria Ford Service Department I am frustrated with the serve dept. I scheduled a 7am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After 1 hr and 40 minutes, I was informed that the filter wasn’t there, it was ordered at 7am and was told it would take1-2 hours. At 9am, was informed it was on route. At 9:20, I was told they didn’t know when it would arrive. I was never told at the beginning it would take 1-2 hours to get the filter- ridiculous. Do not go to Peoria Ford They changed my agreed trade in amount to make it look like I had $10k in negative equity and added it to purchase price. Then the new vehicle had problems after 5 months and it sat for 2 months at the dealer because they did not have or order parts. Got it back and 5 days later another recall (could start a engine fire) and Peoria Ford’s response - no parts.
