Tried calling my service guy for 3 days. Tried calling my service guy for 3 days. Never answered or called back. Checked 4 things on car would only let me use the diagnostic fee on one item. You got $209 when you could have made $1400. Just showed up and got our car. Will do repairs somewhere else.

The tow couldn’t be done until the 2 days after since it was the weekend. So I used an AGM battery. anyways the battery service light has been on. The salesman promised to fix a blemish on the car door. The salesman promised to fix a blemish on the car door. The dealership literally went over the issue with paint and did not fix the problem. I have to pay over $1,100 to repair the blemish. The salesman hung up on my daughter when she told him she was not satisfied. Every time we have to bring our car in with an Every time we have to bring our car in with an appointment they seem to take forever. On this appt they had our car for 3 weeks and didn’t even think it might be a nice courtesy to wash the car. The rep we had was professional and nice but the service shop doesn’t seem to run efficiently. More organization is needed.

Took a week to just diagnose my car. Took a week to just diagnose my car. Took another 24 hours for them to contact my warranty company. The issue with my car was that the trunk wasn’t opening. They got the part for my car on Friday afternoon and didn’t even start working on my car until the following Tuesday. It took 2 weeks for them to fix my trunk. I felt I got ripped off. I felt I got ripped off. My wife called another place to fix the same problem. They quoted us 285.00 compared to 897.00 .I won't be coming back unless you make it right.
