Had to drop my car off 6 days prior to service. Had to drop my car off 6 days prior to service. I work so it was extremely inconvenient. I had to leave my car in the lot and pick it up after hours. When I picked it up - the check engine light was on. It was not on when I originally dropped it off. Had to again bring it back for service. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I will never buy another Ford. This is my 3rd and last Ford Edge.

The service rep Michael is great. The service rep Michael is great. No issues. Communicates well and through. Rating is due to a change in payment policy. They either add a surcharge for credit card, or you pay cash or debit card. On a $1500 dollar bill that is unreasonable. They will add surcharge for checks, and do not take checks nor a payment such as Zelle. Apparently a new policy and very disappointing
