(Update 2/27/28) After the disaster with Peoria Ford's (Update 2/27/28) After the disaster with Peoria Ford's repair shop, I took the car to a personal recommended Auto Repair Shop "Sundance Auto Service & Machine Shop". The shop may not look as snazzy as Peoria Ford's, but the mechanics know their stuff. They quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem within a few hours and gave me a great price to do all the work. Normally I don't write reviews. Normally I don't write reviews. I'm just not the type to put people on blast like this. But in this situation I'm genuinely upset and heartbroken that I agreed to this. I would give a ZERO if I could. We got ROYALLY screwed. Bad to horrible experiences with service. Bad to horrible experiences with service. I should have never given them as many chances. Zero accountability from the service writer, the service Manager or the owner/GM Pat Hickey. More than 2 months later there has been zero attempt to correct their mistakes other than surface level apologies and a promise to look into it...2 months later still no resolution.

Poor communication from advisor. Poor communication from advisor. I had asked Michael Quinton for pricing on aftermarket parts and was told they are not as viable as OEM so he didn’t recommend. I did NOT ask if they were as viable, I wanted a cheaper option for an ALREADY absurd pricing. Will not return.

Poor communication. Poor communication. Took over 24 hrs to respond to text (if at all). Major updates late on Friday which meant I had to wait until Monday to get answers to my follow up questions. Took a long time (almost 3 weeks). Would not hold a loaner for me. Forgot to plug in satellite to radio when dashboard was replaced.

Once the sale was completed I couldn’t get anyone to Once the sale was completed I couldn’t get anyone to answer questions, provide proof of certified used car, certified warranty and manufacturer warranty remaining. Also charged for LoJack, Zaktek, and unknown service contract. Still no one will provide explanation. I think I’ve spoken with a minimum of 6 managers.

Service department took my car Monday and said it Service department took my car Monday and said it wouldn’t be looked at until at least Friday. It’s my only car and was a major inconvenience getting back and forth to work. I could have brought it back when they were ready for it. Service person Spenser was very rude. Would not recommend this dealership even though it is 5 minutes from my house. Very poor customer service.
