S. Moreno It was time for my trucks first ZAKTEK Premium Protection Coating. When I arrive for my appointment, I'm told that I have to sign a waiver of damage for car wash. I feel this is very unprofessional of Peoria Ford. When they sold me the ZAKTEK Premium Protection Coating they never disclosed that I had to sign a waiver of damage. This practice is very unprofessional and I feel if Peoria Ford is going to sell this service they should take full responsibility. I will keep you all posted, if any issues arise.

Refered a relative We purchased our 2014 Mustang and were very impressed with the way we were treated. They bent over backwards to get us the car we wanted at a payment we could live with. On the basis of that positive experience, we referred my daughter and her husband. They told us a horror story being sold a car than called a few days later with a demand for more money down and a higher down payment. This went on for two different occasions, and my son in law finally told the salesman to forget the whole thing. As these a... read more

just avoid, high pressure pushy not a good experience. they will waste a lot of your time if you are looking. it's not a good environment to make an imprtant decision on which car to purchase. go somewhere else that will respect you and not just try and sale you something.

Poor sales tactics My wife and I were in the market for a new small SUV, and had decided to look at a number of different ones, three of them being the Explorer, Edge, and Escape. We were greeted by a used car salesman who quickly found a new car associate to help us. He gave me his name and was cordial at first. I explained what we were looking for, and what models we wanted to look at. He insisted he could not open the vehicles, and we must come inside the dealership to design what we wanted (tactics). I explained my wife ... read more

THE WORST buying process!!! My husband and I walked in to Peoria Ford to test drive an Escape and get pricing info and wound up leaving with a car after high pressure to do so and our heads hurting from the experience. We have never had to deal with that kind of sales process ever in all our years of car buying. We go in with employee pricing because of a family member who worked for Ford so pricing should be cut and dry and haggling never comes into the equation. Not here though. You start off with a salesman with a number ... read more

Worst dealership ever!!! I tried getting the e price from them multiple times on their website and not once did I get a reply still 3 days later and still nothing did one per day giving them the benefit of the doubt other dealers responded right away I recommend going elsewhere to a dealership who wants your business.

They cheat people they tell you about this great program called preferred financing. it is nothing more than a 72 month lease.if they told you it was a lease that would be one thing.tell you how the rate is 1.95.well its not.tell you there isn't a buyout at the end. Well there is. it is a complete rip off. please do your research before you say yes.

Bad Experience; Very Pushy Received a phone call one morning about some trucks they had on the lot. I wasn't 'too interested' with the vehicles being offered and their respective price points, but said I would at least come by and listen to what they said, and was assured was "That's all we are asking for". Showed up and worked with Thomas Milton. Started out nice, showed me some trucks, test drove one but wasn't in love with anything they had to offer. Figured he would take the hint, but he kicked it into overdrive from the... read more
