Took advantage of military personnel!!!!STAY AWAY! New car buying They lied to us to get us to come in. Drove an hour and a half one way and when we got there the offer they gave us was 5,000 more than on the phone. Treated us very poorly at the dealership. Never again.
The Managers are Liars and Scammers Bought a brand new car in oct by jan. TOOK THE TRADE IN AND DID NOT PAY OFF OLD LOAN As I write this review I am on the phone aarg to begin the process of retaining an attorney. over 3 weeks ago we bought a a $25k F150. Awful Communication and Sales Management. Follow up by Sales Manager and had no idea what he was talking about. Terrible Customer Service. Avoid this dealership. Sales Mgt. is absolutely terrible.
Shopper Totally disappointed and Let Down..I was given and great offer on a Saturday night by closing..2 signatures yo back it..was told to come back on that following Monday..all done by a manager.on Monday not only did the deal change but, they also claimed I could get the car I wanted under the deal...the special that they offered was s lie, or they choose not to offer it to me 2 days later..VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Service department Worst dealership to go to for service. One week I am getting an oil change and days later transmission goes out. My vehicle is only 3 years old. All I get is the run around I need to find higher up in ford as this is ridiculous
Service center My vehicle is only three years old and the transmission already went out took it in and now it?s been two weeks and nothing has been done to it I have had left messages and emailed no response or call backs on what is going on. This place is the worst I would never recommend this place to any one. I now have no vehicle to get a round and still waiting for my car to get fixed
