Should not be Called a ?service? center Total lack of communication, they had ordered all the parts for a simple fix on my f-150 window, I was told they would call me when it was done, but it was just a ?1 day repair?. Terrible Experience! I was very disappointed in my appointment at Peoria Ford. The salesman we were supposed to meet with wasn?t available and I had been led to believe that my offer over the Internet was reasonable but found out we were $4000.00 apart. They wasted 3 hours of our time and 125 miles of driving.
Jack Manninger Salesperson was pleasant....but when my offer for car was made all xxxx broke lose. After three different "sales managers" (high pressure ) tried to get me to pay above average prices . I felt sorry for my sales rep. he seem to be a up standing person
Not a Good Experience Peoria Ford responded to my previous review asking me to call their customer relations director. I did so. If I could go lower than one star, I would.
Terrible dealership No customer service.. no trained staff.. no communication
I Feel Like I was Mislead Jake in internet sales returned a call I'd left earlier in the day. After explaining to Jake that I wasn't keen on driving all of the way out to Peoria unless they could make me a great deal. I let him know what I was looking for and what I needed in order to make a purchase a possibility. Jake assured me that they could make it happen and asked me to give them a chance. Not a Good Experience Newly listed vehicle posted. I called ahead to confirm that it was available. Drove over an hour. The salesman looked around for a while for the vehicle and then informed me that they had already sold it. I left and called them again to see what they would say about its status. Horrible dealership The level of disorganization at this dealership is a mess. They don't even care when there is an actual problem. I purchased a 2017 Ford Raptor from this dealership. I had to fly in and "HAD TO TAKE THE CAR THIS WEEKEND to get the deal". I ended up paying $6,000 over MSRP when my friend picked up the same car, same day, for $4,000 over MSRP. I want my trade-in vehicle back! Purchased a 2017 Ford Escape on 2/4/17. Drove it home that night (after being there for 5 hours) thinking everything was good to go. Get a call 2 weeks later, stating that the originally approved lender, denied and I would need to come back in with more income or find a different lender (understandable).
