Service person not very welcoming

I feel they are unethical in my dealings with them. They verbally promised item to be included in price and then charged me for it. Unfortunately I trusted them and signed the paperwork and then noticed it a few days later. I informed them of the error and they refused to honor the agreement. I would not buy from them ever again

Waste of time.. could not find problem and still have same problem

I feel they need to improve on their communication and customer service experience. Honestly I would not recommend them and I addressed this with them, even explaining why I felt that way. Spoke to numerous "managers " and expressed this to them! The only good thing about buying the car from them was the first finance person we worked with!

I didn't like waiting nearly 2 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment.

Couldn't really tell me what was wrong or done and the waiting area was crowded and dirty. Didn't even wash my car before retuning it. Not what I'd call top customer service.

I had a 9:00 appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. I was told that it would be at least 2 and one half hours before my car would be looked at. I told the service person that I had a 9:00 appointment and he told me that that was just to see the advisor. I was unable to wait for over 2 hours so I had to leave, pick up my wife and return later in the afternoon. I then wasted another few hours that afternoon to have my battery checked.
