I used to have a Relative Discount for Nisson - But since my Nephew moved to Colorado to Nissan There I no Longer get the Discounts and treated like a Stranger to Nissan when I have been shopping there many times - I was charged the Higher Interest Rate as well and the Higher Payments NOT Happy with that Charge and I had to put money down which I never had to before - My other New Vehicle had Factory Defects which I should have gotten more discounts for the Defects especially since the car had low mileage and was only 3 year... read more

The actual oil change was fine. Made the spot online because we received a link for a $29.99 oil change and my husband reminded them at the time if drop off. When he picked up the car and went to pay with his debit card, the cashier said this is a great deal. My husband did not have his glasses on and they charged him $90.37. I called to complain and all they could do for me is give us a free oil change and tire rotation for the future. Essentially, this oil change was $45 instead of $29 if they honor the free future one. Seems to be very disorganized. They held meetings that took all their sales people out of the showroom while we were in the middle of the buying process. Just left us sitting there for an hour.

Zero Stars. Went in for 90k service, had to return 4 times for auxiliary issues they caused due to negligence and retaliatory damages, because I dared ask them to clean the mess they made, for the damages they caused, and for the intentional vandalism. I have since reached out to the general manager, but on every occasion, the service manager has intruded and tried to shift the blame. No resolution, no reparation, no compensation, just "not my problem" attitude.
I didn't like the fact that they told me I only had three oil changes in the service department when I'm supposed to have oil changes for 24,000 miles which should technically be at least four or five free and I did like that the service manager went ahead and paid for my tire rotation which I thought that should've been free also I also don't like that the Nissan Pathfinder supposedly needs the brake fluid flushed every 10 to 15,000 miles I've never heard of that on a vehicle in my life and I've driven lots of cars.

First- when I schedule my service visit online and pick the level of service I want they never seem to have that info when I check in. Second is the general level of service itself.
