My experience with the team selling me the car was great. Not so much after. Eleras Automotive Group was the worst! "Charles" was D*#k! Not the type of people you wanna encounter being apart of at Nissan Peoria. I won't ever go back based on how he treated me over the phone.

Peoria Nissan is the worst it took two and a half hours to change my oil the overbooked the appointments. The wanted me to do all these crazy services I didn't even need. My truck is a year and a half old. Don't need power steering fluid change brake fluid change wheel alignment and 1 other thing just ridiculous. Won't be going back there

This was the most frustrating car buying experience that I have ever had. I walked into the dealership with pre approvals from 4 banks and 4 hours later we left with the car but still had no loan on it because the finance manager wanted to finance it through a finance company that would give him a commission for sending them our loan.

Car when for a second recall. And it has a complimentary car wash which I think 5yr old kid would do it better.. when I called the service guy John about the look at my car he said I don't know what you did to your car and walked away from me!!! I asked for the manager he checked the vehicle around with me and see what a horrible car wash was done ask me for a few minutes and send the car back to the car wash and done well. Manager dressed the issue properly and respectfully thanks!!

Service was not helpful at all, they didn't solve the issue car was there all day to say they couldn't fix

Technician did a great job. The service department now charges a credit card fee and has a cap on the coupons you can apply from their website. The credit card fees almost negate any coupon you may use.

They were horrible. Mean and lied about so much. They delivered me a broken car and won't fix it.

I would never shop here again. They were incredibly rude and disrespectful and didn't even fix the brand new car I paid for.
