What was good, was my advisor reviewed what my service would be and cost. All good. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I received a text that was a little confusing and I had a question. Went to the counter to speak with my advisor and he was involved a conversation with another employee that was not an advisor. They didn't seem to be speaking about any specific customer issue. I stood there for about 2 minutes before I was acknowledged. Thats not good

I ame in for a $69 oil change and left with a $1300 bill. Car runs great but check engine light just came on, I will see you Monday

I was there over 3 hours and they took forever and then told me they washed my car went to leave and the car was never washed. The only good person is Daniel in the service department

If I could rate Peoria Nissan zero stars, I most certainly would. Bottom line, they ripped me off. I brought the vehicle in 3 weeks ago because the AC stopped working. It's still under warranty, but has a deductible. They made repairs to not only the AC, but motor mounts also. Said they were failed. I had to pay an upgrade fee to avoid aftermarket and the deductible. Fast forward to last week, when I had the AC FAIL AGAIN, and took it back UNDER WARRANTY from the first repair, and they tell me it's going to be another deduct... read more

such a horrible experience. there was minimal customer service. there was zero explanation or education on what was wrong with the vehicle and then refusal to show me in person where the issue was.

Didn't get a service because Service Advisor Robert that I was assigned to kept arguing with me. Therefore I left.

Watch the work and check the paperwork. Items aren't always true! My tires were not rotated as checked off. I preferred to stay until the work was done even though they don't offer transport. This is a problem that should not happen. I probably won't use that shop again. I should not feel sure if I leave my car and pay what is supposed to happen that it did.
